January 20, 2006 - The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in an opinion by Judge Posner that Jeffrey Dahmer's killer cannot sue Wisconsin officials over his treatment in Supermax prison, even though officials should have known supermax prison conditions worsened his mental illness.
